This was an open shop project regarding a new building: WRIGHT- LOCKE FARM ALL SEASON’S BARN in Winchester
Project scope:
• Site Demolition and Preparation: Demolish and dispose of existing wood dwelling, Stump, and brush removal, Excavate, and dispose existing asphalt driveway
• Earthwork: Excavate for building foundations, Furnish and Install foundation drain, subbase and base courses for slabs and roadways
• Utilities: Water and fire protection connection, Sewer connection, Furnish and Install Typ. SMH, Furnish and Install drainpipes, Furnish and Install CBs, Furnish and Install CDS, Furnish and Install DMHs, Furnish and Install Area Drains, Furnish and Install Infiltration System
• Site finish items: Furnish and spread gravel under paving, Furnish and place gravels under concrete sidewalks, blue stone patio and stone dust walkway, Fine grade roadways and slopes
