The project is located on the north side of East Dexter Avenue, approximately 450 feet west of Merrimac Street. The site is currently undeveloped woodland approximately 4.9 acres in size and has frontage on East Dexter Avenue on the south and North Maple Street on north.

The proposed development is a 41 unit multi-family residential development. The units would be a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units and would be constructed as townhouses. The units would be contained within 7 buildings, with 6 buildings containing 6 units and 1 building containing 5 units. Unit sizes would range from approximately 1,800 square feet to 2,100 square feet.
