Construction of a new five story, multifamily residential building. 

Project scope:

• Site Preparation (Erosion control, Excavate and dispose concrete sidewalks along Terrace St, fill cellar hole in preparation of micro-pile installations, Excavate and expose and demolish buried wall, Excavate and dispose large stump, load out and haul contaminated fill)
• Earthwork (Excavate for building footings and foundation walls, Backfill for footings and walls, Excavate and Back fill for under slab plumbing, Furnish and Install 8″ screened gravel u/slab)
• Utilities (Connect new (6″) and (2″) water services to existing main, connect new (6″) sewer service lateral to existing main, Finish and Install (3) concrete dry-well systems, Finish and Install MWRA oil/water separator, Furnish and Install shea concrete trench drain)
• Site Finish Items (Rearrange curb cuts/Terrace St, Gravel preparation under sidewalks)
