M.T. Mayo Corp. was contracted by a private developer for full site work on a new 12-unit 55+ condo development in Stoneham, MA, Middlesex County. Scope included cutting and capping existing sewer utilities, along with complete demolition and disposal of existing dwellings.

Scope of Work:

Site Clearings
● Complete site clearing of all trees and stumps for full site preparation.
● Professional stripping and removal of existing topsoil for export.
● Precise excavation of entire site to required subgrade elevation.

Subsurface Infiltration System Installation
● Installation of 70 Stormtech MC-3500 infiltration chambers for advanced stormwater management.
● Placement of associated precast catch basins and manholes for efficient drainage system integration.

Sewer Installation
● Installation of 400 linear feet of 8” SDR sewer main for reliable wastewater
infrastructure.
● Placement of 3 new sewer manholes for system access and maintenance.
● 12 separate building lateral connections to serve the development.

Water Main Installation
● Installation of 800 linear feet of 6” water main for fire suppression system and domestic water supply.
● Placement of new fire hydrant for enhanced fire protection and safety.
